More than a fitness centre
Since 2005, the Lipizzaners have had access to a generously laid-out summer quarters with paddocks and paddocks as well as a wonderful area for riding out at Heldenberg in the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria. All in all, the white stallions come here two to three times a year for six weeks so that they can enjoy the change of scenery in the countryside with lots of fresh air and exercise in nature. But the stallions also spend their well-deserved retirement in these beautiful surroundings.
Since 2010, Heldenberg has also been a training centre for young stallions, alongside the Spanish Riding School in Vienna. In addition, courses and special training for the international equestrian world are also held at the training centre to impart knowledge of the high school of classical horsemanship.
