Opening hours during the winter season:
The shop / cash desk is open daily from 10:30 to 11:00 and from 13:30 to 14:00 hrs.
Guided tour are daily at 11:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs. Tickets
für Tagesgäste finden täglich um 11:00 und 14:00 Uhr statt. Tickets are available directly in the shop.
Group tours with more than 20 personen are available between 09:000 and 16:00 hrs.
